The arrangement of the baby formula cans and the polar bear toy against the soft blue background.

The video opens with a static shot of four Aptamil baby formula cans arranged in a line, with a small white polar bear toy to the right. The background is a gradient of light blue to darker blue, with a large, soft-edged dark blue heart shape at the top. Text appears and changes over the course of the short video, indicating a new design and unchanged recipe. A golden circle with text appears on the right side of the screen towards the end.
