The text 'Grey hair stole my confidence' appears over a man looking downcast.

The video opens with a man putting on a baseball cap, looking somewhat dejected. Text appears stating 'Grey hair stole my confidence'. He then holds up a bottle of Alpecin Grey Attack shampoo, with text 'This brought it right back'. He looks in a mirror, touching his hair, and reflects on the grey hairs. He then shows himself using the shampoo in the shower, lathering it into his hair. The video cuts to him looking in the mirror again, showing his hair looking darker and stronger. He is then shown playing with his children in a park and later relaxing with them, looking happy. The video concludes with him holding the shampoo bottle and recommending it for gradually darker, stronger hair without the hassle.
