A woman in athletic gear walking on a running track.

A woman in athletic wear is shown on a running track. She is seen walking, putting on a weighted vest, and then running and jumping rope. The video includes close-ups of the vest's buckles and a water bottle. The editing is fast-paced, with some black and white, motion-blurred shots interspersed with full-color footage. The setting is an outdoor stadium with a running track and bleachers.
