A close-up of a female swimmer adjusting her goggles, with a determined look.

The video opens with a close-up of a female swimmer adjusting her goggles, followed by a montage of athletes engaged in triathlon activities: a female cyclist in a time trial position, a male runner along a coastal path, a female swimmer underwater, and another cyclist on a velodrome. The pacing is quick, intercutting between the three disciplines. The final scenes show close-ups of the athletes' determined faces and the 2XU logo.
