A group of men emerging from a car in a dark underpass.

The video starts with a black Volkswagen Polo parked in a dimly lit underpass, its doors open. Text overlays the scene. Then, a group of young men emerge from the car and walk towards the camera. The scene shifts to a close-up of three men talking, with text overlays. The conversation appears to be about financial problems. The video then shows screenshots of a mobile app interface, first for personal information input and then for a tax refund offer. The final part shows the group of men again, with the app interface superimposed, and ends with an advertisement for the app.
