The initial scene of the woman in casual wear jumping, followed by a quick transition to athletic activity.

The video opens with a woman standing in a bedroom, wearing a brown sweatshirt, white wide-leg pants, and a blue striped shirt tied around her waist. She jumps, and the scene transitions to her in athletic wear (white t-shirt, black shorts, white socks) doing jumping jacks. The video then moves outdoors to a park-like setting where the woman is running. The camera follows her from a low angle, focusing on her legs and feet as she runs. The pacing is energetic, with quick cuts between the indoor and outdoor scenes.
