The video is split into two vertical panels. The top panel shows a woman preparing food, peeling and chopping sweet potatoes. The bottom panel shows different stages of preparing and feeding a baby. Initially, it shows the woman taking pouches from a refrigerator, then opening one, and finally feeding a baby with a spoon. The video transitions to show the woman blending food in a pot, and then feeding the baby. The final scene shows various Yooji pouches and a bowl of baby food.
