The Yahoo logo appearing on either side of the screen.

The video opens with a blurred image of two people looking at a laptop, with the Yahoo logo on either side. This transitions to a graphic with gears and icons representing IT services, including a Wi-Fi symbol, a globe, a computer monitor, a mouse, and a magnifying glass, with the text 'Service Management ITSM' overlaid. The screen then displays text that reads 'Find results for IT Services Support' with the Yahoo logo repeated around it. Finally, the Yahoo logo appears above the text 'Research IT Services Support'. The pacing is quick and transitions are smooth.
