A dog nudging a crying person on a bed with the text "I didn't know my dog was trying to say goodbye.."

The video opens with a golden retriever dog nudging a person who is crying on a bed. The text overlay reads "I didn't know my dog was trying to say goodbye..". The scene then transitions to a close-up of a Christmas ornament hanging on a tree. The ornament depicts a person and a dog sitting in the snow, with speech bubbles saying "I miss you" and "I know". The ornament is shown from different angles, and hands hold it up to the camera. The overall pacing is slow and emotional.
