The video opens with a close-up of a basketball on a trampoline. It then shows the VULY logo, a happy star graphic on the trampoline mat, and a girl on the trampoline. A couple is seen relaxing on a couch, watching the trampoline. The video then shows a girl jumping on the trampoline, followed by her covering a younger child with a blanket. The younger child is lying on the trampoline, and the girl tucks them in. The younger child then gets up and plays on the trampoline. The girl catches a basketball and throws it into a basketball hoop attached to the trampoline. The children are seen playing on the trampoline, with the younger child riding on the older girl's back. The video ends with the younger child asleep, being hugged by the older girl.
