A woman struggling to lift a heavy suitcase on a train.

The ad opens inside a train compartment. A woman struggles to lift a heavy suitcase into the overhead compartment. A man helps her, and they both struggle slightly. The scene transitions to a product shot of Voltamed herbal pain cream. Then, a graphic shows a person's lower back with a red pain indicator, which is then soothed by a green pulsating graphic. The man from the train is shown walking down the aisle and then sitting next to the woman, smiling. The product is shown again with the couple. The ad ends with a disclaimer.
