A close-up of a concerned child holding a toy giraffe.

The ad opens with a close-up of a young boy holding a stuffed giraffe, looking concerned. The scene then shifts to a family struggling to pack luggage, with suitcases piled high. Another shot shows a young girl peeking from behind a couch. The ad transitions to a bright, sunny resort scene with a swimming pool, hotel rooms, and costumed characters (a giraffe and a bear). The final shots show the resort and a woman on a balcony, with text overlays.
