Two champagne flutes with bubbly drinks and the text "BALM BUBBLY".

The video opens with two champagne flutes being held, one with a bubbly drink. Text overlays appear: "BALM", "BUBBLY", and "If you want champagne". The scene transitions to a yellow pan with lemon slices and thyme. A hand holds a dropper bottle of "Lemon Balm" dietary supplement. The text "without the hangover." and "Welcome to my functional mocktail series." appears. Ingredients like lemon, thyme, ginger, and maple syrup are added to the pan, followed by the "Lemon Balm" supplement. The text "Lemon Balm is a powerhouse herb with trials showing it has calming, cognitive, and sleep enhancing effects." is displayed. The mixture is strained into a bottle, then carbonated, and finally poured into champagne flutes. A woman smiles and takes a sip, and the video ends with a VIMERGY brand screen.
