The initial shot of the VHV logo over a cityscape and parking lot, followed by the chaotic scene of shopping carts being scattered by a car.
The ad opens with a wide shot of apartment buildings and a parking lot, featuring the VHV Versicherungen logo. It then cuts to an aerial view of a parking lot with several cars and a large number of shopping carts forming a barrier. A black SUV drives through the carts, causing them to scatter. The scene shifts to a black screen with the text 'KURZ ZUVOR' (Shortly Before). This is followed by shots from inside a car, showing a woman driving and reacting with surprise and alarm. Another woman in the passenger seat points and speaks. A billboard featuring a woman with the VHV logo is visible on a building. The ad concludes with a shot of the car surrounded by shopping carts, with text overlaying the scene.
