A man performing an unusual exercise with a resistance band around his head.

The video opens with a man lying on a yoga mat, performing an exercise with a resistance band around his ankles and head. The camera then zooms in on a smartphone screen displaying an app with various offers and information. The app interface shows sections for 'Angebote' (Offers), 'Green Ideas', and 'Vertrag' (Contract). There are images and text promoting discounts on balcony power plants, outdoor lighting, and e-scooter rides. The pacing is quick, transitioning between the man exercising and the app interface.
