A pink toothbrush vibrating in a glass of water on a chair, with intriguing text overlays.

The video opens with a close-up of a pink toothbrush standing upright in a glass of water, placed on a chair. Two other glasses of water are on either side of the toothbrush. The background shows rows of empty chairs, suggesting a waiting area or an event space. Text overlays appear on the screen, first stating "Stem je apparaten af op de TijdPrijs-daluren" and then "12:00 - 16:00 en 01:00 - 06:00". The toothbrush is shown vibrating slightly, as if being used. The final screen displays the Vattenfall logo and website address.
