The initial message 'Hyvää muuttoa!' (Happy moving!) sets a friendly and personal tone.

The video shows a chat conversation. It starts with a message from 'Iska' wishing 'Hyvää muuttoa!' (Happy moving!). Then 'Äiti' asks 'Saitteko syödä?' (Did you get food?). A picture of hands reaching for pizza slices is sent. The conversation continues with questions about electricity and a link to a website about electricity contracts.
