A family loading hockey gear into a car.

The video opens with a family leaving their home, carrying bags and hockey equipment. A man carries a large duffel bag over his shoulder, followed by two boys. They approach a car with its trunk open, and the boys help load the equipment. The scene then shifts to a woman, identified as Lisa, speaking directly to the camera in a home setting. Text overlays appear, stating "Senator Collins Voted Against Affordable Health Insurance" and "Lisa's health insurance premiums could increase to $1,500/mo.". The video then shows a woman, presumably Senator Collins, smiling and speaking, followed by a call to action to "TELL SENATOR COLLINS: Vote to save our health insurance and end the shutdown". The ad concludes with a phone number and a disclaimer about who paid for the ad.
