A woman in a UNHCR hoodie speaking directly to the camera.

The video opens with a woman speaking directly to the camera, wearing a UNHCR hoodie. It then transitions to scenes of families and children in difficult living conditions, some in damaged buildings and others in makeshift shelters, with snow on the ground. The UNHCR logo is visible throughout. The video ends with the woman speaking again and then a final screen with the UNHCR logo and a donation call to action.
