The man with the blue balloon head is unusual and attention-grabbing.

The video opens with a man walking away from the camera, followed by another man with a blue balloon for a head. The scene is an office environment with people working in the background. The camera then focuses on the two men as they talk. The final scenes show the UKKO logo and tagline.
