A man with his hands up in the middle of a road.

The video opens with a man with his hands up in the middle of a road, then transitions to a scene of a person on the ground with another person over them, and then shows a person being handcuffed by two officers. It then shows a man in a room, and then a close-up of a man speaking into a microphone. The video concludes with a shot of a booklet titled '6 THINGS YOU DIDN'T KNOW Would Happen When the Police Arrive' and a call to download it.
