A package is shown on a porch, hinting at a delivery.

The video opens with a package on a porch, then shows the contents: two refill pouches of laundry detergent. A woman then appears, standing in front of a washing machine, and talks about her search for natural laundry detergent. She then demonstrates how to refill a larger jug with the detergent pouches and water. The video ends with the woman holding the refill pouches and pointing to the screen.
