A young woman in athletic gear smiling and walking.

The video follows a young woman, a University of Wyoming hospitality student and soccer player, through her day. It begins with her in athletic wear, then transitions to her in a classroom setting, followed by her making a protein shake in her kitchen. She then heads to the gym for a workout with her soccer team, including strength and speed testing, and then to soccer practice. The day concludes with her studying at a coffee shop and then at a restaurant. The pacing is quick, with many scene changes.
