The initial close-up of a delicious-looking meal.

The video opens with a close-up of a prepared meal, a salad with salmon, on a plate. A toaster oven is visible in the background. The camera then pans to show a second meal, chicken with noodles and broccoli, on a plate. A person's hands are shown placing a meal into the toaster oven. The video transitions to a branded end card with the Tovala logo and tagline.
