The text "THEY WERE KIDS" appears over images of sad children.

The video opens with images of children looking sad and concerned, overlaid with text. It then transitions to a man in a suit speaking, with images of children and text about a crisis. The ad features a montage of politicians' photos and a letter from Congress. It concludes with the man speaking again, with a blurred image of a child behind a fence.
