The woman waking up and the phone screen showing the time.

The video opens with a woman waking up in bed. A phone on the nightstand shows the time. She uses her phone to dictate tasks, which appear on a screen overlay. She gets dressed, goes to the gym, works out, drives her car, and then sits at her desk to work on her computer. The video uses a split-screen effect to show the app interface and the woman's actions. The pacing is quick, reflecting a busy morning routine. The final scene shows the Todoist logo.
