Bowser singing loudly in a colorful, alien-like landscape.

The ad opens with the Nintendo and Illumination logos. It then transitions to a vibrant, colorful world with giant flowers. Bowser is shown running and then being captured by Mario. Mario then holds Bowser, who is now tiny, and Luigi and Yoshi look on. The scene shifts to the movie title and release date, followed by logos for Nintendo, Illumination, RealD 3D, IMAX, and Universal.
