The animated character looking stressed at a computer.

The ad opens with a cartoon character sitting at a desk, looking stressed. The scene transitions to show the word "GLASFASER" (fiberglass) in large pink letters. The character is then shown downloading something on their computer, with a progress bar. The TV screen shows "UPDATE WIRD HERUNTERGELADEN" (Update is being downloaded). The character looks increasingly frustrated as the download progresses. Finally, the TV screen shows "UPDATE ERFOLGREICH!" (Update successful!), and the character looks relieved. The ad ends with the Telekom logo.
