The initial text "Банка му стара" (My old bank) followed by "Време е за промяна" (Time for a change) creates intrigue.

The ad opens with text on a white background, then transitions to a dark background with animated text and graphics. A phone screen displaying a banking app interface is shown, followed by images of a payment terminal and chat bubbles. The ad concludes with a call to action to download the app.
