The extreme facial contortions of the animated character at the beginning.

The video opens with a close-up of a 3D animated character's face, resembling Morty from Rick and Morty, with wide, surprised eyes and an open mouth. The face contorts and stretches unnaturally. This is followed by a scene with three colorful, blob-like creatures with eyes and mouths, standing against a red background. They appear to be singing or making sounds. The final scene shows a yellow, lemon-shaped character with large eyes and a gaping mouth, also against a blue background, with the Lagged.com logo visible throughout.
