A woman introduces herself as Jackie in a group setting.

The ad opens with a group therapy session where people share their mundane adulting experiences. The scenes transition to show individuals engaging in these activities: a woman watering plants, a man holding a stress ball, a woman drinking from a small bottle, a man talking about grocery shopping, and another man talking about organizing towels by color. The pacing is quick, cutting between different people and their relatable, slightly quirky adult habits. The ad culminates with the group hugging and a shot of the Afore SURA app on a phone.
