The question "who REALLY makes Stringjoy strings???" posed directly to the viewer.

The video opens with a close-up of a man with long, wavy hair, speaking directly to the camera. A text overlay asks "who REALLY makes Stringjoy strings???". The man then walks through a warehouse filled with spools of wire, explaining the manufacturing process. He shows hexagonal core wire and then a machine that feeds and twists the wire. He then moves to another section of the factory with more machines, explaining how the wrap wire is fed and twisted around the core. The video ends with the man holding a Stringjoy box.
