The initial blurry shot quickly sharpens to a close-up of a man working out intensely in a gym.

The video opens with a blurry shot of a man in a yellow tank top, then sharpens to show him in a gym setting. He is performing a lat pulldown exercise. The camera focuses on his face as he sweats and strains. Text overlays appear, and the video ends with the Smart Fit logo.
