The text "Your wearable doesn't know your DNA" immediately challenges a common assumption.

The video opens with a woman talking to the camera, then shows her doing yoga and exercises. It then transitions to her in bed, looking tired. The next scenes show a DNA testing kit, its contents, and instructions. The woman is then shown using a cheek swab and later working on a laptop. The video concludes with her talking to the camera again, holding the DNA kit box.
