The opening shot of cross-country skiing with the text "Winter in Südtirol" immediately sets the scene and theme.

The video opens with a low-angle shot of someone cross-country skiing, with the text "Winter in Südtirol" overlaid. It then transitions to a close-up of a woman putting on ski goggles. The scene shifts to a skier on a groomed track, with the text "Erlebe das Gsiesertal" appearing. Another shot shows two skiers from behind, with the same text. An aerial view of a snowy valley with mountains and forests follows, also featuring "Erlebe das Gsiesertal". The video then shows two skiers on a track, with the text "in seiner Langlauf-Vielfalt." appearing. A drone shot follows a single skier through a snowy forest. The final scenes show skiers on a track with the text "Jetzt auf die Spur kommen." and then a montage of logos for "Südtirol" and "GSIESERTAL WELSBERG TAISTEN". The pacing is moderate, showcasing the beauty of the winter landscape and the activity of cross-country skiing.
