An elderly man looking grumpy while holding a phone and remote.

The ad opens with an elderly man sitting in an armchair, holding a remote and a phone receiver to his ear, looking displeased. A Christmas tree is visible to his right, decorated with lights and ornaments. The scene transitions to a middle-aged man with a mustache, wearing a black t-shirt with 'VOYO' on it, talking on his phone next to a Christmas tree. He smiles and laughs as he talks. The ad then shows a graphic with text and the VOYO logo.
