A hand points to a pouch labeled "OIL OF OREGANO" and a piece of paper with "FAKE" written on it.

The video shows two white pouches of "Oil of Oregano with Black Seed Oil" side-by-side. A hand points to the left pouch, then to a pile of yellow softgels, and then to a piece of paper with "FAKE" written on it in red. The hand then points to the right pouch, another pile of yellow softgels, and a piece of paper with "REAL" written on it in green. The speaker highlights differences in the packaging and the softgels themselves, warning viewers about counterfeit products.
