A woman directly addresses the viewer, saying "hey dude, I'm your girlfriend's best friend."

The ad features a series of people giving advice about proposing. It starts with a woman at an outdoor cafe, then a man at a gym, then a young girl in a bedroom, then two people in an office, and finally a bartender. The pacing is quick, with rapid cuts between speakers. The ad ends with the Rare Carat logo.
