The ad opens with a close-up of a water-damaged electrical outlet in a bathroom, with water dripping down the wall. It then shows a couple looking concerned at the damage. The scene shifts to a man in the street reacting to a car splashing through a puddle, then to a panda sitting in a rocking chair covering its eyes. Finally, it shows the couple looking at a phone, then a family checking into a hotel, and ends with an owl being petted. The pacing is varied, moving from concerning to slightly humorous and then reassuring.
