A child's rain boots splashing in puddles.

The video opens with a close-up of a child's light blue rain boots splashing in puddles on a wet surface. The camera then pans to show water cascading down a gutter, followed by an aerial view of houses submerged in floodwaters. The final shot is a wide aerial view of flooded residential areas with trees and houses partially underwater.
