The woman running with her hair blowing in the wind.

A woman with headphones is running down a street in a city. Her hair is blowing in the wind. She occasionally touches her headphones. The camera follows her from behind and then from the side. The background shows buildings and trees. A blue van with the Svanenmärkt logo drives by. The ad ends with a shot of the street with the van and text overlay.
