The Playmobil logo appearing over a magical castle.

The ad opens with a blurred Playmobil logo over a castle, which then sharpens to reveal a detailed Playmobil princess castle with two horses and a princess. A cat is seen on a turret. A princess figure uses a walkie-talkie, and a firefighter figure in a fire truck responds. The fire truck and a police car arrive at the castle. The princess is rescued from a high tower by firefighters using a ladder, holding the cat. The ad ends with a display of three Playmobil toy sets: a police car set, the princess castle set, and an action heroes vehicle set.
