The Halloween-themed intro graphic with the Pet Supplies Plus logo.

The video opens with a Halloween-themed graphic featuring the Pet Supplies Plus logo. It transitions to two costumed individuals, one dressed as a vampire and the other as Frankenstein's monster, sitting on a couch. The vampire holds a wine glass and a bottle, while Frankenstein holds stuffed toys. They are in a casual setting, possibly an office or living room, with other people in the background. The vampire speaks directly to the camera, and Frankenstein reacts with gestures and grunts. The video ends with another Halloween-themed graphic.
