Close-up of a woman's face with a pearl earring and a glimpse of a watch.

The ad opens with a close-up of a woman wearing a white turtleneck and pearl earrings, looking out a window. A watch on her wrist is briefly visible. The scene then transitions to a wide shot of a picturesque village nestled in a valley surrounded by misty mountains. The camera then returns to close-ups of the woman's face and the watch on her wrist, with the watch face being the primary focus. The pacing is slow and contemplative.
