A woman pressing an elevator button.

The ad opens inside an elevator with a man and a woman. The woman presses the button for floor 6. The elevator doors open, and the man looks at the woman. She is holding a coffee cup and a Kalev chocolate bar. The elevator doors close. The man exits the elevator and walks down a hallway, looking back. He then enters another elevator and looks down. An older woman with glasses opens a door and smiles, holding a Kalev chocolate bar. The ad ends with a shot of the Kalev logo and slogan.
