A leaky pipe spraying water.

The ad opens with a close-up of hands trying to fix a leaky pipe, with water spraying. It then transitions to a video call with an older woman, followed by a woman with a broken leg on a couch, and finally a group of young people in a bathroom, one of whom is drawing on another's face with a banana. The final scenes show a woman in a work uniform walking towards a van, with text overlays about internet reliability.
