The initial close-up of the smartphone screen showing real estate listings.

The video opens with a close-up of a smartphone screen displaying a real estate listing app. The screen shows various apartment listings with prices and details. A finger scrolls through the listings. The text "OIKOTIE" appears in a black arrow shape at the top left of the screen. The scene then shifts to a man in a blue suit sitting on a bed with a small dog wearing a blue sweater. The man is petting the dog and talking to it. The "OIKOTIE" logo is visible again in the background.
