An older woman in a "Back to the Future" t-shirt speaking directly to the camera.

The video opens with a woman leading an exercise class with light weights. It then cuts to close-ups of an older woman speaking directly to the camera, interspersed with shots of other seniors exercising in a gym and a couple walking a dog outside. The pacing is varied, with quick cuts between scenes and longer talking head segments. The ad concludes with a split screen showing the exercise class on one side and text on the other.
