A taco filled with nails.

The ad opens with a montage of four surreal food items: a taco filled with nails, pasta with screws on a fork, a cake decorated with barbed wire and nails, and a burger with a wire mesh bun. These are quickly replaced by a clean graphic with text. Then, the four food items are shown again, but this time they are normal, appetizing versions. The ad concludes with three boxes of medication and text about disinfecting the throat.
