The direct gaze of the woman and the appearance of the NCOI logo.

The video opens with a close-up of a woman's face, her eyes looking directly at the camera. The background is slightly blurred, showing greenery and a building. A purple graphic element overlays the left side of the screen. Text appears on the screen in Dutch. The woman is wearing a trench coat. As the video progresses, the camera zooms out slightly, revealing more of the background and a white pole with red and blue stripes that the woman is holding. The video ends with the NCOI logo and tagline on a purple background.
